His story...
He is the brother of Mary. He was born into an extremely poor family in a slum of Jinja, the second largest town in Uganda. He was not able to have his basic needs met as a little boy. Life has been difficult for Pappa – he has spent his entire life on the streets.
Child Financial Needs:
The Ugandan government does not offer free education at any level. Before coming to the home, many of the children had been forced to drop out of school because they were unable to pay the fees. El-Shadai Family Foster Home believes that all children should have an education and a safe, loving environment where all of their basic needs are met.
School Fee Breakdown
Pappa is not currently attending classes but we hope a sponsor will be found and will give him the chance to attend the safe environment of a boarding school.
